A Blessed Christmas to You and Yours, Rejoice!
In the midst of the darkness of these days, rejoice in the Light that is Christ, our Lord and Savior.
R – Rejoice the Savior has come, lived a perfect life, died an atoning death, was raised powerfully, ascended triumphantly, intercedes continually, and is coming gloriously.
E – Enjoy fellowship with Him and one another as we abide in His Word, His love, and live obediently and prayerfully in union with Him
J – Join with others to worship Him in the light of His coming, His coming to save sinners! Sing His praises, read His story, hear the gospel preached and share with others the message and love of Jesus.
O - Obey Him, our wonderful Lord and savior. May He open our hearts to love Him more and to love those around us, especially those who need our love in special ways.
I – Intercede as the Lord has instructed us. Pray for the gospel and the Word of God to go forth, pray for more laborers, pray for rulers and those in authority, pray for persecuted believers; pray for genuine revival, pray for the salvation of Israel and the peace of Jerusalem. Pray with the help of the Holy Spirit.
C – Celebrate with us the “goodness and mercy” of God that has surrounded us this past year. Celebrate God’s continued use of OMI/IBP in the lives of pastors, preachers, and lay leaders.
E – Endeavor to engage in Christ-Centered activities and ministries investing time and resources in seeking to fulfill the Great Commission.
On behalf of my wife, Ellen, Dr. Ted Rendall, and the O.M.I. Board and Ministry Team, THANK YOU for your partnership with us.
Rejoice in the Lord,
— David L. Olford - President
